Introduction
These Terms govern use of the Pooja Saathi digital platform, mobile apps, websites, dashboards, and related support channels. By using the platform, users and partners agree to follow these Terms and the linked policies.
Platform role
Pooja Saathi operates as a digital intermediary and marketplace that helps users connect with independent Pandit partners and independent Shopkeeper partners. Pooja Saathi is not the employer of Pandit or Shopkeeper partners unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
Eligibility and minors
Users should be legally capable of using the platform. Services for minors should be requested, supervised, or approved by a parent or lawful guardian.
Account registration
Users and partners must provide accurate account details such as name, phone number, email where available, address, profile details, and other information required for the chosen service.
Account security
Users and partners are responsible for keeping account access, OTPs, passwords, devices, and session details secure. Suspicious activity should be reported promptly to support.
OTP and authentication
Phone OTP, email/password, and social login may be used where supported. OTPs are confidential and should not be shared with any Pandit, Shopkeeper, courier, support caller, or third party.
Pooja booking lifecycle
A pooja booking may include service selection, date/time selection, address entry, Muhurat guidance, payment or cash mode selection, partner assignment, acceptance, service performance, completion confirmation, and support review where needed.
Pandit assignment
Pandit assignment depends on availability, service capability, location, schedule, partner response, and operational checks. A booking may be reassigned, reviewed, cancelled, or supported manually when a partner cannot fulfill it.
Schedule and Muhurat advisory
Muhurat, Panchang, Kundali, and better-time guidance are advisory and devotional in nature. A booking is not automatically blocked only because a Muhurat warning or avoid status is shown.
Service completion
Completion may depend on platform workflow, user confirmation, Pandit confirmation, admin review, payment status, and dispute state. Completed services may be reviewed through support if there is a genuine issue.
Products and shop orders
Product listings, carts, checkout, shipment, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, and seller support are governed by the applicable shop and order policies. Shopkeeper partners remain responsible for listing accuracy and fulfillment quality.
Payments and cash modes
Online payments may be processed through payment gateway partners. COD or cash collection is available only where the platform flow enables it. Off-platform payments are risky and may not be protected by platform workflows.
Cancellations, refunds, and returns
Cancellation, refund, return, replacement, duplicate payment, failed payment, COD, and cash cases are handled under the specific policies linked from the Legal & Policies page.
User content and reviews
Users may submit ratings, reviews, complaints, photos, chat messages, and support evidence. Such content should be truthful, respectful, relevant, and lawful.
Prohibited conduct
Users and partners must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, share abusive content, demand unauthorized payments, bypass platform workflows, manipulate reviews, commit fraud, or violate applicable law.
Third-party services
Payments, maps, logistics, notifications, analytics, cloud hosting, and other third-party services may be used to operate the platform. Their availability and timelines may vary.
Advisory features
Religious, astrological, AI-assisted, Muhurat, Panchang, Kundali, recommendation, and explanatory features are informational and devotional. They should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Suspension and termination
Pooja Saathi may restrict, suspend, deactivate, or review accounts, bookings, orders, payouts, or access where misuse, safety risk, policy breach, fraud, or legal concern is suspected.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Pooja Saathi is not responsible for indirect losses, partner conduct outside platform workflows, third-party delays, user-provided inaccuracies, or outcomes of devotional services.
Changes to Terms
These Terms and linked policies may be updated from time to time. Where acceptance is required, users or partners may be asked to accept the active version before continuing.
