Account and contact data
We may collect name, phone number, email where provided, login method, profile photo, language preference, and account status details.
Birth and profile details
For Kundali-related and recommendation features, we may collect date of birth, birth time, birth time certainty, gender, birth place, latitude, longitude, timezone, and related profile details.
Address and location data
We may collect service address, delivery address, city, state, pincode, selected birth place, and current location where the user chooses to provide it. Current location and birth place are separate data points.
Booking and order data
We collect pooja selections, booking schedule, Pandit assignment, samagri choices, order items, cart details, delivery status, cancellation, return, refund, and complaint information.
Payment references
We may store payment order IDs, payment IDs, refund IDs, status, amount, method reference, gateway response metadata, and reconciliation data. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or sensitive gateway credentials.
Support and complaint evidence
Support messages, call notes, chat messages, photos, documents, delivery evidence, completion evidence, and internal review notes may be collected to resolve disputes.
Device, notification, and log data
We may collect device identifiers, push tokens, app version, IP address, browser or device metadata, crash logs, request logs, and security events for platform operation and protection.
Purpose limitation
Information is used to verify identity, operate bookings and orders, assign partners, deliver products, process payments, provide support, improve recommendations, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain platform safety.
Consent and withdrawal

Relevant information may be shared with Pandit partners, Shopkeeper partners, couriers, payment gateways, support staff, technology providers, and authorities where required for the specific workflow or by law.
Role-based access
Pandit and Shopkeeper partners should receive only the data needed for assigned services or orders. Admin access is role-protected and should be limited to operational, support, safety, finance, and compliance needs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, authentication, logs, and restricted workflows. No system can be completely risk-free.
User rights and corrections
Users may request correction, support access, consent changes, or deletion review through official support channels, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
Minors and guardian use
If services are requested for a minor, the parent or lawful guardian should supervise the request and ensure that information provided is accurate and appropriate.
Retention
Data may be retained for the time needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain records, meet tax/audit obligations, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
Account deletion reference
Deletion requests are handled under the Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy. Some transaction, dispute, payout, tax, audit, or legal records may be retained as permitted by law.

Notifications and marketing
