Introduction
These terms apply to Pandit partners who register, verify, accept bookings, perform services, receive payouts, or otherwise use Pooja Saathi partner workflows.
Independent partner status
Pandit partners are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Pooja Saathi unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
Eligibility
Pandit partners must be legally eligible to provide the listed services and must provide accurate identity, contact, address, experience, specialization, and payout details.
Verification
Pooja Saathi may request KYC, qualification, experience, documents, references, photos, service details, payout details, and other verification information.
Profile accuracy
Profiles, languages, service areas, experience, availability, pricing inputs, and ritual capabilities must be accurate and kept updated.
Booking acceptance
Pandit partners should accept only bookings they can fulfill. Acceptance may create operational obligations for timing, preparation, travel, and communication.
Punctuality and service standards
Partners should arrive or join on time, behave respectfully, perform the agreed service sincerely, and follow platform completion workflows.
User data confidentiality
User phone, address, birth details, booking details, family information, and support information must be used only for the assigned booking and not misused or shared.
Payments and settlements
Payout eligibility depends on completion, payment status, cash reporting, refund/dispute state, platform review, and applicable deductions or holds.
Platform fees and charges
Platform fees, deductions, adjustments, taxes, or other charges may apply where shown, configured, or permitted by law. Exact operational values are managed through platform systems.
No misleading claims
Partners must not promise specific outcomes, cures, financial success, legal relief, or other promised results from religious services.
No unauthorized cash demand
Partners must not demand extra cash, tips, travel money, samagri money, or off-platform payment unless the app/admin workflow clearly authorizes it.
Complaints and discipline
Complaints may lead to review, warning, payout hold, retraining, reassignment limits, suspension, deactivation, or other action depending on severity.
Tax and compliance
Pandit partners are responsible for their own tax, compliance, permits, and professional obligations where applicable.
Suspension and deactivation
Pooja Saathi may restrict or deactivate partner access for fraud, unsafe conduct, poor service, repeated complaints, policy breach, or legal concerns.

Pandit partners may contact partner support through the app or at contact@poojasaathi.com and 9532957070.
